We loved the King size and bunk beds for the kids, they were very clean and comfy. Nice big screen TVs in all rooms. Kitchen was nice, included everything needed to prepare meals for the family. Washer & Dryer worked well. The pool was fun, my kids loved the slide and lazy river, Lots of towels included in our unit.

I loved the fact that the property is gated. The pool and lazy River were the best too!! And we didnt have to worry about it being crowded with random people.

This was marketed as a luxury property. The size of the townhome was as advertised; however, the condition of the place was terrible. The carpet on the stairs and second floor was filthy (I have photos); the beds, the pillows, the comforters and furniture are as old as the place. One of the twin beds on the second floor was actually at an angle towards the floor; therefore, one of my daughters slept on the couch, which was not much better. When I tried to switch, I couldnt because the people at the location only hand you the keys. They have nothing to do with renting the units. The people at the number I was given only handle maintenance. My back and neck were killing me by the second day. Would not recommend this to anyone. It is not right to simply say oh the owner is responsible for upkeep! If you are renting it, it is your responsibility to ensure that the conditions of the unit are up to par. We had to use a knife to use the toaster, it had no handles! And on and on! Stay away!

The space of the room was what we needed for my family. The home decor was pretty nice if made it feel like a home than a hotel. Nice touch with appliances as well.

My family and I stayed in the new 2 bedroom condos immediately to your right upon pulling into the resort. Everything was new and at low capacity so for the most part it was a quiet stay. The front desk woman even agreed staying in the new condos were the way to go!

I didnt like anything not one damn thing! Our stay was a nightmare!!!!! The mattresses felt like they were made from 1950. Allllllll the mattress was very worn and you can feel the metal springs in the mattress. They were literally so HARD you can do push ups in them. The floors were disgusting needed to be clean or replaced and with ALOT of Stains on the floor. The furniture was super OLD and as soon as you sit down you will sink right in the couch to the bottom. The couch was DIRTY! One of the burners from the stove didnt work. The refrigerator made a lot of NOISE! The second bathroom in the guest hallway was horrible. There was a crack in the floor which felt like the tub and the floor was going to cave in from the ceiling. There was water leaking in the ceiling to the bottom floor. There was TVs only in 3 room and 2 rooms didnt have TVs. The remotes barely worked. The TVs were a 20 inch tv except for the living room that was a 32 inch. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I promise you will REGRET IT TO THE FULLEST! Im devastated and very upset about our stay. I wanted to enjoy this trip for my sons 5th birthday instead it was a nightmare and me and my family woke up sore from the mattress. The furniture was so ancient. DO NOT STAY!!! DO NOT STAY!!
